By accessing SwiF Tools Pro at https://swiftoolspro.com and submitting an application or payment, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access the service or submit payment.
SwiF Tools Pro provides digital intelligence, compliance tools, advisory resources, and member platform access as described on our website. Services are provided on a subscription basis. Access is granted digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation.
Your subscription to SwiF Tools Pro is a recurring billing arrangement. By submitting payment you expressly authorise SwiF Tools Pro to charge your selected payment method at the applicable plan rate on a recurring basis โ monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle โ until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period without further notice. The charge that will appear on your bank or card statement is: SWIFTOOLSPRO*SUB. You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before any renewal charge where technically practicable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Cancellation instructions are available at https://swiftoolspro.com/cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@swiftoolspro.com with the subject line 'CANCEL'. Cancellations are confirmed in writing within one business day. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the period in which you cancel. Cancellation stops all future automatic charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Our services are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted at the moment of payment, no right of withdrawal applies. No refunds, pro-rata credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for any reason. You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) use the service only for lawful business purposes; (d) not resell, redistribute, or share your account or any platform content with third parties; (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
All content, reports, databases, tools, and materials available on SwiF Tools Pro are the exclusive property of SwiF Tools Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
You may not use SwiF Tools Pro to: engage in any unlawful activity; transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; use automated scraping or data extraction tools; or impersonate another person or entity. Violation of acceptable use terms results in immediate account termination without refund.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting SwiF Tools Pro constitutes a breach of these Terms. SwiF Tools Pro maintains complete records of all transactions and service delivery. Any chargeback filed without prior contact will be formally disputed. Accounts subject to chargebacks are permanently terminated and may be referred for fraud investigation.
SwiF Tools Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
SwiF Tools Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of SwiF Tools Pro (Delaware LLC ยท EIN Registered). Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
